“I contemplated doing the work myself to save money but decided to leave it up to the professionals and I am very happy I did. There is no way I could have made the floor look half as good as they turned out. Robert with Hardwood Creations came and gave me a quote the day after I called. When I was ready for the work they got over there on very short notice and worked to complete the job in a timely manner and it looked great. With the shape the floors were in and the work I did myself, I was worried about how the floors would turn out. I was very pleased with the outcome and now the floors are the first thing people notice and comment on when they walk in the door.”

“Hieu Tran and Jolie always give me 100% great customer service and are very patient with me and my clients. They do a great job from start to finish. They do not take short cuts when it comes to the type of job they do. I have used them for tile, wood floors, and luxury vinyl installs. Hieu Tran is very knowledgeable of his products and how they are suppose to be installed. He uses only high quality materials for his jobs. This is great for myself and my clients. “When I decided to put wood flooring in my home I knew it would be a big job. R. W. Taylor, Inc took out the existing tile floor and put in the most elegant beautiful wood floors that I've ever seen. They came up with ideas that I did not think of, like bordering off my entry hall and dining area in a Herringbone design (which is simple amazing). Many friends have complimented on my floors. I liked R. W. Taylor, Inc quality of work, expertise and crew so much that I also had them put their wood floors in my weekend home. “I hired Joe Hatdwood Floors to completely redo my hardwood floors in my new build Craftsman bungalow in the Houston Heights area - the builder had stained them black, which just doesn't work in Houston. Extremely well-organized operation, responds to phone and email questions, stuck to their word and timeline, cleaned up the mess, and the end result was spectacular. Ossie was the foreman on the job and was very personable, team was efficient and friendly, and Ossie even came over for a "post-op" visit when we had questions after the fact. I highly recommend Joe Hardwood Floors.”
