“We visited Dave in the store to talk about what we wanted to have done in our home. We checked out samples, took them home and set up an appointment for Dave to come and take measurements and give us his opinion. Dave came over and viewed and measured the areas we wanted to change. He shared some things for us to think about. We then visited the store approximately five additional times to "find" the perfect fit. The perfect fit turned out to be something we could not have even imagined. We had always assumed going darker would be the answer for our new floors in the dining room, kitchen, foyer and down the hallway. As it turned out, at Dave's suggestion, we tried lighter and more stressed and it was perfect! Dave ordered the product, gave the dates for installation and the completion dates, names of the people who would be in our home and explained the whole process to us. They were on time the first day and finished as stated and right on the dollar amount Dave had told us. We could not be happier with the finished product and the compliments have been and continue to be glowing. The flooring changed the entire look of our home and it also made it much easier to maintain than the carpets and tile we previously had. My cleaning time has been reduced by two hours a week. I just dust mop regularly, because we have this very furry little dog, and wet mop weekly. It always seems to be ready for company to stop in.”
