“Dave and his team did an excellent job for us. His great service started with a detailed walk-through of flooring options in San Rafael at the Sunshine office. We opted to match and extend our current floors instead of replacing our floors. Sunshine was the only company able to find a match to our current floors, since we have floors with an antique width from the 1940s. Even so, they had to do a fair amount of custom work on our floors including custom ripping some of the boards to a manual width. The work was all done very well, as well as on time and on budget. We love our new floors. Dave has high integrity, as well as being personable and friendly. I heartily recommend him.”

“Brad Rich refinished my hardwood floors throughout the home on Mayette Ave in Santa Rosa, This was not easy because there was a glued down carpet on some of the rooms. My floors turned out fabulous because Brad knew what he was doing. I reccomended Brad to my partner as she had new hardwood put into her home. The job was finished and the floors looked beautiful. Brad actually knows his business and has a high regard for excellance, which is lacking in so many of the trades these days. I have no reservations in reccomending Brad to my most picky clients.”

“I met with Heidi Headapohl and Avi Atid, owners of Tulip Hardwood Floorings, to get advice and estimates on several rental properties I own and was upgrading to hardwood flooring. They were friendly, professional and very knowledgable about the material options and issues of installation. I hired them for 3 units, and the jobs were completed as scheduled and the crews were very easy to work with. Highly recommended!”

“I had an amazing experience with West Coast Floor Company. Jesus was super knowledgeable when he gave me my options. The crew was very patient with me when I couldn't decide on the floor stain and they made some custom stains for me to give me more than the average options. My stairwell looks AMAZING too! I wish that I had started this project sooner and I smile every time I walk into my foyer. I went with an 8" wide plank, white oak, solid wood flooring, with my custom stain. Finishing touch was the maintenance kits that I can give to my staff for proper daily care. Thank you West Coast Floor Company!”

“After interviewing around 10 hardwood floor companies, I chose Ron King of performance floors. He found a beautiful hardwood for my floors, I went to two of his clients to review his work, and was very impressed with his workmanship. He has two employees besides himself, they were always on time, and left the house clean every day. He erected plastic to cordon off rooms that would not be sanded to minimize the dust. He used a Bona product with a satin finish that was low in VOCs and is beautiful. Every step of the way he kept us informed. His pricing was in the middle for labor, and I chose a more expensive Franch oak, wide plank for the hardwood.”

“We recently purchased a home in Danville, CA that required repair of water damaged hardwood floor, refinishing of the floors adjacent to the damage and installation of 3,000 sf of new oak strip flooring to match the existing floors in the home. Needless to say, this was a large, complicated project that challenged almost every aspect of hardwood floor installation, repair and refinishing. Avi and his team completed the project on time and on budget and the results were extraordinary. We constantly receive compliments on the beauty of the floors and the fact that you can't tell old from new or what was repaired. Avi is the consummate professional and takes great pride in his work. He and his team are friendly, courteous and of very high integrity. I give Avi my highest rating and would be happy to serve as a quality reference for any project!”
