“Installed prefab hardwood upstairs and stained stairs to match. It is beautiful. A few months later we refinished 25 year old engineered hardwood, removed some tile and installed new hardwood with custom stain. Another company to us the old hardwood was too thin to refinish, yet Floors Etc was able to do a great job. The old and new floors match perfectly and are lined up seamlessly. They worked quickly and are very professional. I was able to reach them any time I had a question. After work was completed, I noticed a spot that was missed and they came back out immediately to fix it.”

“Unexpected and refreshing. From booking to completion these guys are simply higher caliber than others. Easy online quote and scheduling, text notifications, Bayou branded Nike uniforms, clear about the process - pure professionals. We needed our master shower cleaned from top to bottom - subway tile walls and cararra marble herringbone floor (a lot of grout!) - and Bayou aced it. They were on time, respectful of our home, and never changed the price with any strange fees. Our grout is back to its original color and I'm sure we'll have them out again for future cleanings.”
