“We were recommended 123 Floor by a friend and they certainly didn't disappoint: the quality of advice, products and customer service that we've experienced was second to none. From the start, the staff were extremely knowledgeable, helping us to chose the right product for the right budget ...and although 123 Floor were not the cheapest we could find on the market, their prices were fair and reflecting the quality of their products. The fitter was as lovely, polite and hard working as the rest of the staff so altogether a very pleasant experience, thank you very much! Highly recommended.”

“Totally professional and friendly service throughout. My rug was tired and sad, and silly holidaymakers staying at my property had hoovered the fringes almost to extinction. An online search for help produced Kilimshop, and a couple of phone calls and the exchange of some photos afterward, and my rug was on its way to them. Transport organised by Kilimshop. Four or five weeks later, with update phonecalls and emails to let me know how my project was progressing, my rug arrived. Magic. Like new, having been cleaned and new fringes attached both safely, and to protect the integrity of the existing fibres. I am now so proud of my rug that no way is it going to be laid back in my holiday home. I will lay it in a better place in my home. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. Only one problem... they still haven't sent me a bill!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I tested the magnificent rug washing services by Prolux Carpet and I for sure was content by the top quality outcome professional cleaners scored with my shabbycarpet. Each and every of the wine spots was vanished and it was incredibly supple. Nevertheless I purchased the carpet 6 years ago I have never thought it can be so beautiful. It was like a brand new one. Also, it smelled incredibly pleasing and that aroma changed the mood in the whole house. I just love it as it doesn’t go away after 1 hour. I have used deep carpeted flooring washing processes before, but I have never had such top- quality work. In addition to that I am so thankful to the attention the professional cleaners showed to me – they responded to all the questions I had and gave me some incredibly beneficial tips about right maintaining the condition of my carpet. I will recommend steam carpet cleaning methods by Prolux Carpet to all my colleagues definitely”

“I had hired CCL Cleaners to clean my carpets. WoW, the results were great. Amazingly most of the stains treated were gone. High traffic areas looked like brand new. I did ask the carpet cleaner what chemicals he uses, and he said that all carpet cleaning detergents are not from over the counter but from specialist cleaning shop. The carpet cleaner was friendly and polite. Summary: he did an outstanding job. Great work and Thank you!”

“I was so sick to have an oven so greasy to the point that I refused to cook anything in it. After eating fried food and takeaway for a week, my husband decided to contact this company and have a professional clean the oven and forget about it. The guy that came to do the work really knew what he was doing. He cleaned the oven on the inside and outside, removed the door and even cleaned the buttons. It now looks like we just bought it from the store and I'm very happy about it.”

“Having purchased a bungalow that required fairly extensive modernisation, I needed a company that could move quickly and work flexibly with the builder responsible for the update. Fernbank proved to be an excellent choice. They have a "can do" attitude, and are very flexible to do business with. They are polite, professional, reliable, and masters of their trade. Seven months after selling our old house, we moved into our new home this week, and are delighted with the outcome. Fernbank carpeted 4 rooms and laid flooring in 3 plus the hall. All their work has been done to a very high standard. They are a small family run company, and a pleasure to do business with. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“My two best friends are the loveliest and yet, the most messy and chaotic people to live with. They practically turned the whole flat into a pig-pen and it was a nightmare for tidier people to come at home. I found it impossible to make the property look presentable after the end of our tenancy. Gladly, we found this company and called immediately. This cleaners where our savior, they didn't feel impressed with the hygiene condition and said it wasn't even half of the worst they have seen. They were friendly and easy to talk to. I don't know how and what they did, but after a few hours it felt like we were in a different flat. They cleaned even our “forbidden” area which was more like a home dunghill. I'm amazed with the results. What's best is we didn't have to pay a huge price for this services. So my experience with this company is fantastic.”
