“DO NOT hesitate to hire The Floor 4U as your flooring contractor. I have had 47 years of experience working with contractors while I was in the housing business and The Floor 4U rates as one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. From start to finish they are professional. The office staff and floor measurer that was sent out to my home aimed to please me. They answered all of my questions and concerns. The most important part of this project were the floor installers. They are truly perfectionists. They met the challenge of installing the flooring around my stone fireplace and it looks gorgeous!! They came into my home and respected it and my furnishings and I am grateful to them for that. In closing, I would like to say don't waste your time shopping around going to store to store GO STRAIGHT to The Floor 4U... you won't be sorry!!!!!”

“Had wall to wall carpeting installed. I am a very picky person and could not find a thing wrong with the carpet install. The crew cleaned up every piece of scrap and hauled away all the old carpeting. Very, Very professional, very polite cant say enough.”

“Windy City Coating installed a beautiful quartz floor in our 3-car garage. Jeff, one of the owners, came out to quote our job. I had some specific questions on how they prep the floor, and what types of material is used for the top coat. Jeff is very knowledgable and answered all my questions. No high pressure sales here. Jeff provided a detailed written quote and explained their 25-year residential warranty against yellowing and delamination. Windy City wasn’t the cheapest quote I received, but in comparison to the other companies, I felt confident Windy City would get the job done right. Our floor installation was a 3-day process. Day-1 was grinding and a tinted primer coat of epoxy and a quartz broadcast. Grinding dust was really kept to a minimum with the equipment and vacuum system they used. Day-2 was a coat of clear epoxy with another quartz broadcast. Day-3 was a polyaspartic top coat. Chris, Jeff’s brother and co-owner, was on the installation crew for days 2 & 3. Chris is a great guy and I felt reassured, from a quality control perspective, having Chris on the job site. Jeff and Chris provided clear communication throughout the job. They communicated the start time and scope of work for each day. There were no surprises. I would use Windy City Coating for future work and would gladly recommend them to friends and family.”

“Our neighbors had Fabians flooring install their hard wood floors and recommended them. They spent a lot of time with us, helping us choose the right floor, stain color and finish, for our home and how it should be laid. They made some recommendations that I never even thought of, and I am so glad that they did. The floors look beautiful and are holding up very well in spite of our 75 pound golden retriever. The materials were delivered when promised, the job was started and finished right on schedule. The installation was neat and dust free. Have already recommended Fabians to friends and family and everyone that has used them has been satisfied. Oh almost forgot, their prices are very reasonable. Will continue to recommend them. They also do and carpet cleaning, which I will use them for soon.”
