Having found a beautiful home in Glencoe slated for demolition, I removed 800 sq ft of the vintage quarter sawn and rift sawn floors, de-nailed them and brought them home. He was professional and full of knowledgable tips for us whether we used his services or not. A great guy. His bid was not the lowest, but we felt confident in his work. So we decided to hire him. He removed the old flooring and installed the reclaimed, quickly and carefully. Always aware of surrounding areas and kept the job site clean and organized. He kept us in the loop on all phases of the job. I feel like we hit the jackpot with Michael. The floors look beautiful and full of character.
