“Top contractor in New York! Worth every penny and more which is what it cost. I got a stunning new kitchen with no hassle. They took care of everything from beginning to end. All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and efficient. If I were to review Top10renovation staff one by one I think I would give them all 5 stars. The work was professional and neat. Everything as well coordinated we did nor have to wait a week between the different contractors, they all somehow smoothly coordinated things and everything fell into place. I would definitely use them again.”

His work is top notch, he is neat (i'm big on this), is a perfectionist yet also finishes every project in a timely manner. “The master carpenter/owner of this firm is fantastic. His brings something unique to the table that I have not found in other contractors. Not only is his work product second to none, he has a unique design style, attention to detail, is courteous, trustworthy, fair, and honest. He can look at any situation and recommend the proper fix. He focuses closely on the clients needs and budget and does not take the job just to make money. Christopher is a true partner when it comes to home renovation. He is a great carpenter for small home repairs and a fair GC for larger jobs. He may be a sole proprietor with a small crew, but he gets the job done. He has done a variety of small and large jobs for us including crown moulding, general carpentry, repair, and a full bathroom renovation. He is also familiar with the claims handling process for home insurance, should the repair need be the result of a claim.”
