He and Lacey helped us map out the kitchen update we were dreaming of and they were very patient and helpful as we debated the products we would use. Their estimate was the best in the area and still he gave us an additional discount when our budget didn’t quite stretch far enough. He gave us a very fair deal and he worked hard for every penny, going out of his way to keep us happy, to make adjustments and to custom-build a last minute cabinet above our refrigerator with materials from the job at no extra cost. He answered all of our questions happily and completely, and scheduled everything tightly so we could have our kitchen back as soon as possible. Hiring Scott gave us a real sense of peace knowing that he was competent and overseeing every last detail. He stands solidly behind his work. We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice of professionals and with the end product. Everyone who has seen the cabinets in person has fallen in love with them. (They are an unusual choice; ribbon-stripped Sapele.) We don’t have a fancy house you’ll see in a magazine, but without a doubt, Cabinet Specialties has made our mid-century kitchen the best it can be.
