“Len made the cabinets for my kitchen and so much more. His eye for detail and determination to make the most of every space was fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure that the finished look was perfect and to be sure that we had the best materials and they were used in the smartest way. The detail on our kitchen was complicated, requiring large sheets of walnut to be labeled and sequenced in order to create a seamless finish. Len made this vision a reality and we love it.”

“3 minutes ago We bought a house in late September and like most new homeowners we wanted to do some updating to our new home. The kitchen is the heart of a home, is where we get nourishment and congregate. So we decided to start with the kitchen, of course. Then we went back and forth with our options: A Brand new kitchen with new cabinets $$$$$, cabinet refacing $$$, or cabinet refinishing $$. Blessed that we had good cabinets in our new home and an existing good layout to the kitchen, we decided to go with the least expensive option. We were lucky enough to find Brennan and the team at Classic Cabinet Refinishers for our remodel. From the very beginning the whole process was seamless and spot on. They stuck to their quote, no surprises or hidden charges. They stuck to their timeline and finished on the exact day they said they would. Most importantly they delivered what was promised! A beautiful professionally done kitchen not one penny over budget. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I wish every contractor was as transparent and honorable. We’ve been burn a little with different contractors in other projects, so to know that there are still honest professionals out there that work with integrity it’s a breath of fresh air. Thank you Brennan and the team at Classic Refinishers for giving us the kitchen of our dreams without the heartaches.”

“We had Pawling Closets design and install cabinetry in a very large walk-in in our master br. They did a really nice job and we're very glad we had them do it. I considered the diy options, and I do most things myself so I am certainly capable. I did all the prep (remove old shelving, spackle, paint) on the closet before the install. But the quality is much better and custom fit is a lot nicer than what is available from the sellers of modular dyo stuff. We put the closet makeover in the category of a kitchen/bath improvement, as something that is going to matter in a resale. The design came out perfect, snug right to the window trim as planned, and the installers were very neat, not marking the newly painted walls. They run a good operation, and are not one of the contractors that you call and don't always hear from and can't depend on. Design was quick, and the delivery was a few weeks later once the materials came in. They promptly installed, checked up, and kept us well informed along the way. Five stars from us!!!”

“Layton custom built us a Murphy bed/ Wall unit. It is a work of art, solid cherry wood. We also mounted a 50 inch tv in the upper middle of the unit. This allows us to use the room as a tv room and a guest bedroom (when needed). The way he designed it, no one realizes that the wall unit is also a Murphy bed.Check out the pictures on his web page. He also made a custom kitchen table for our new townhouse, my wife wanted a certain,unique finish. It came out better than she imagined. The base of the Table is a piece of history, it was part of the original Tappan Zee Bridge. Thank you Layton , it was a privilege to work with you. Best Regards,Kevin Ginty”

“I first hired David to build a custom cabinet for an awkward space in my bedroom, he did a beautiful job and working with him was a pleasure. He took my ideas and mad e them a reality. When I did my kitchen 6 years later, there was no doubt he would be the one I would work with. We talked about my needs and he addressed everyone of them. He recommended things I would not have thought about. It is so beautiful and functional. From there I got dining room chairs to match, then on to the bathrooms, all with the attention to detail that I needed. I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with him. The only problem is I have no more rooms to redo! I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.”

“I used Rexhill Furniture for two projects in 2013. They made a stunning custom designed open book case fabricated of American black walnut and concrete (shelves) for a high-end residential project in the Hudson Valley. Both the client and I were thrilled with the quality of the piece, and the professionalism of Rexhill. I also used Rexhill to fabricate a set of custom barstools for a boutique hospitality project (the RoundHouse at Beacon Falls) - and again was delighted with the work. They are prompt, courteous, resourceful and incredible artisans. I look forward to using them again on future projects.”
