“After visiting almost every cabinet shop within a 15-mile radius and not being comfortable that we had found one that would do a good job on our new kitchen and study, someone told us about a new shop, Josh Milam at Interior Wood Design in Warner Robins. One visit to the shop and one talk with Josh convinced us that they were the way to go. They provided almost unlimited flexibility and creativity, right down to mixing a custom stain for us and doing a two-step hand rubbed process that produced cabinets that look more like fine furniture than "just" cabinets. They had excellent knowledge of the possible configurations and finishing touches that customized our rooms to our specific needs. The cabinets are ALL wood, even in places you can't see, and the soft-close hinges and drawers all work smoothly. The installation was careful and accurate. They attended to every detail and came back a couple of times to make minor adjustments with no charge. In the study, they worked with the electricians and my husband to set up special lighting, and they even made me an executive-type desk to match the cabinetry. All the materials they use are top notch, and they take great pride in providing a precise and accurate final product. If something is not perfect, they will keep working until it is. Whatever I can dream up, they can (and will) build it! I could not find a coat hook bar I was happy with in the stores, so they built me two to exactly fit the spaces where I wanted them, and they match the material, design, and stain of the cabinets. I am very happy to say that I never heard any vulgar language or ugly talk while they were working, and they were always very polite. I cannot say enough about how happy we are that we used Interior Wood Design for our cabinet work!”

“When we decided to remodel our kitchen, we explored several options and decided to investigate having the cabinets refinished. In addition, we decided to repaint our sitting room, whose walls and ceiling were of stained wood tongue in groove paneling. Initially we had several companies give us quotes and we were extremely dissatisfied, either because the contractor never provided a quote after looking at the job or backed out after providing a quote. Their attention to detail was extraordinary and Rodney spent an entire day doing some additional work that was not in the original quote because he felt it was necessary to make the finished product up to his standards of excellence and to ensure our satisfaction.
