“From the moment I entered Design West, I knew I would be in good hands for my kitchen renovation project. I had looked into three other kitchen companies, but none could compare to Design West. To begin with, I was impressed with the way they were forthcoming with their designs. The other companies I explored would not relinquish any plans until a deposit was given. Design West listened to the ideas I had, came up with an initial design and then emailed the plans back and forth for about two weeks, making changes as needed, and did this work prior to any deposit being put down. Gerard went beyond selling me quality cabinets by connecting me with an amazing contractor, Jamie Aluzzo. I worked most intensely with Michelle, the kitchen designer. She shared her expertise, offered advice, money saving ideas, and really listened to what I wanted. We exchanged emails on a daily basis, often more than once a day and sometimes on the weekends. Michelle never grew tired of my endless questions and different ideas and changes I thought of and responded with her own ideas and expertise. This exchange went on for months! Michelle made sure that everything was in place before ordering and came to my home to make one last measurement and discussion. Once the cabinets arrived, she was in constant contact with the builder and coordinated the installation. When the kitchen was complete, Michelle came over to see the final outcome and presented me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers! From start to finish, Michelle gave her personal touch and I felt we had developed a friendship. Michelle, Gerard, Jamie and each member of the installation crew really cared about my family and my kitchen. Working with Design West was an amazing experience.
