She then sorted out an order carefully matching exactly what I needed. The items were dispatched very speedily and received in perfect condition. She followed up personally to check that everything was fine. She followed up later to check how things were going. I was really chuffed at this as I sensed that she was taking a personal interest in my project. When there was a hitch, she pulled out all the stops and raced a part to us which had been lost on-site. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who was looking for outstanding service!! I haven't a photo yet.”
