“SM-Arc designed our home 10+ years ago. It was a very complex project and they were heavily involved in all aspects of the build. From contractor selection, engineering, material selection, budget constraints and interior design elements. They have designed for us a breathtaking home. Since the initial project we have collaborated on several interior elements as well as a large addition. SM-Arc has integrated this addition into our home seamlessly. I have found them to be very experienced, and knowledgable with a keen design aesthetic Thank you Tom and "crew"”

“We hired BridgmanCollaborative to find the right resurfacing approach to our 130 year old home (a triplex). Originally of beautiful brick veneer, with touches of cedar shingles, it was eventually covered in plaster to hold the brick together at some point in its history. The brick and plaster were cracked, so it was difficult to find an easy, cost-effective solution to a surface that could not be repaired or recovered. Their team stuck with us as we explored a wide range of options. They were attentive and thoughtful. They paid extremely close attention to detail. They adapted decisions to save costs, but not diminish quality, walking us through design and cost decision-making each time. They worked closely and effectively with the contractors and always followed up on issues promptly. The results are stunning. We love the way they took a historic home into the 21st century. As one person noted, of the hundreds of people who have stopped on the street to look, they transformed it "from eyesore to beauty."”
