Falconnier Design Co
Architects in Wildwood, TN
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars9 July 2015
“Falconnier Design used my unusual requests and prepared drawings to remodel our home to meet our lifestyle. They were able to design custom cabinetry, pantry, and walk-in closets to increase storage space, a tiled room floor to ceiling for our hot tub and massage chairs, and a kennel including an area for our dogs to sleep, special bathing area with steps, sink, and area to store food, toys, medicines, etc. The front entrance, shower, and doorways were designed to be handicap accessible for future needs. I was made aware of any budget or any other modifications before changes were made. Because of their experience with different types of construction projects, they were able to solve problems. The staff were enjoyable to work with and very professional.”
C3 Studio, LLC

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars9 December 2015
“Beautiful and detailed design work, excellent client services, and very pleasant to do business with... I'm pretty certain there is nothing these designers cannot achieve when it comes to the world of residential (and commercial) design. I highly recommend the team of C3 Studio as they are not just talented designers but wonderful individuals as well.”

“As a professional builder I work with custom and semi custom architects routinely. My experience with Moss Creek has been outstanding. The home plans are well thought out, elevations superb and responsiveness of the team outstanding. Looking forward to building out 2 of their plans this summer. Definitely expect to build more of their designs in the coming year(s) Jack Bartell Canyon Reserve, LLC Developers and Custom Homes”

“Randall is a very thoughtful and focused architect. He pays close attention to his client’s desires and inspirations. Each project is a personalized innovative and creative solution. He has great aptitude for historical preservation work as he has preserved and maintained his personnel 1910 historic home in Fort Sanders in Knoxville. Whether it be designing custom trim and built-ins or a new home, I would highly recommend Randall.”

“Ric has the rare gift of listening to a client. He take the time to understand what you want, why you want it and most importantly how you are going to use it. He then delivers a design which will meet your needs and is within your budget. Easy to give 5 stars to someone who consistently delivers great value for their services.”
Stephen Davis Home Designs, LLC
Architects in Wildwood, TN
Average rating: 4 out of 5 stars5 September 2015
“Stephen adapted a stock plan for our house, which we called the Fieldstream. The in-office process was focused and creative, while the follow up and plan completion was perhaps a bit less timely. Nevertheless, the result in terms of functionality, flow, and great touches like the desk nook was great.”

“We recently did a major remodel of our 25+ year old house, removing walls, adding a sunroom on the back and a portico on the front as well as replacing all doors & windows. David did the architectural plans and specifications and worked with our interior designer and contractor throughout the project. I can't begin to tell you how pleased we are with our 'new' home. Its is both functional and beautiful.”

Mullikin + Stevens, LLC
Architects in Wildwood, TN
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars28 December 2014
“We were in the market for a complete remodel of our existing home....Mullikin and Stevens provided us with a very pleasant experience, starting with the first draft of our plans to the last detail of our construction. They were extremely knowledgable in all areas but I was most impressed with the lighting details in our home. The color schematics were well chosen and they even assisted us in furniture selections and placements. The cabinets, flooring and even the plumbing fixtures selections were all carefully thought out and the results were lovely. We have been very pleased with the results. The general contractor thought they were very easy to work with and also would recommend them. They helped us to stay close to budget but let us know when there was a need to spend more on certain items. My husband and I both enjoyed our experience and would recommend them without any hesitation.”
Brewer Ingram Fuller Architects
Architects in Wildwood, TN
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars4 August 2015
“In 2008, my wife and I reached out to Lee Ingram to advise and assist us in making our dream home in the Smoky Mountains a reality. Through a relatively simple, yet comprehensive method of question, answers, and easy exercises, Lee, his son, and their team took our data and quickly presented us with drawings that somehow captured all of our disparate and wild notions in a comprehensible, innovative, and excitingly wonderful solution. From there, we worked together from across the country to refine and revise where necessary. He and his team really took the time to understand who we are and what we and our children needed. Several aspects of our home are truly unique, with never before implemented staircases, storage spaces, window solutions, and artful, interconnected functionality and beauty that we never saw before, or even imagined. He worked with us well on the financial side, as well, giving us what we could afford but making every penny count. Lee was more than a game changer in our plans of retirement, he was, and is, a visionary. He takes pride in departing once in a while from the corporate work to take on real families like us ... little fish, if you will, to make our dreams a reality. This home truly ought to be featured in Better Homes and Gardens.”
