“Daniel Martin designed a deck that spanned the back of our house. The deck included planters, seating, multiple levels, lighting and access from the front of the house. I would describe Danny's designs as understated--a cross between Frank Lloyd Wright and the mission style. The deck was designed for heavy entertaining. He was very focused on designing the deck to fit our needs. Danny even considered natural light and the positioning of the sun on the deck throughout the day as well as designing for privacy. Danny was always open to our feedback and we made several adjustments throughout the project. I would definitely recommend Danny and would definitely hire him again He is a true professional and cared deeply about meeting our needs.”

“CFH Design designed the remodel of our home on the water to bring in light and take advantage of the view, update master bath and added two walk in closets in the master bedroom. The front entrance went from dark cape style to all glass with raised ceiling very dramatic and the back enclosed porch with plastic windows into a raised ceiling to all glass sunroom looking onto the water. The contractor hired CFH Design for that job and we were very satisfied. As a result, we continue to ask for help with additional projects.”

“Mark was extremely responsive and proactive in regards to our remodeling plan. He took the time to really listen to our needs and support the enhancements we wanted to make to our house while juggling the limitations of our budget with architectural requirements. “Frank Greene is currently the Town Architect for the community of Rosemary Beach and is Principal Architect for his own architecture and community design firm based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Frank was hired as the Director of Code Compliance for the Forest Lakes Community Association Design Review Board in 2013. It has been a pleasure working with him in the development of the Forest Lakes Community. Frank is very thorough and professional in reviewing new house plans submitted for compliance with the Forest Lakes Design Code and local ordinance. “Mark Tanney was the architect for a remodel project on a 12 year old beach house. Mark was an excellent listener and offered good suggestions which enhanced my ideas. I was very definite about what I wanted. I worked directly with the kitchen and bath cabinet contractor, and personally picked out all of my fixtures. Mark assisted me in this process and was very responsive. The final product exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him for a remodeling project that includes kitchen, bath, outdoor living area and structural remodeling. I am not very easy to work with!”
