“We used Raydan Watkins to update a small flat attached to our house. They went carefully through our preferences and wishes, redesigned the kitchen space and living area and brought the electrics, heating and other services up to date. One key requirement was to maintain the ambience of the original, which they did - while modernising the elements that needed it. They were easy to work with, professional in approach - and remain friends, which is not always the case!”

“We gave Nicholas the impossible task of turning a large but totally architecturally challenged farmhouse into a beautiful home. he and his team excelled at this and there attention to detail is exceptional. We asked for a design only service, this is what we got along with more than agreed detailed drawings of every possible element of the rebuild. “Hugh has completed two projects for us. The first was designing an extension at the rear of our property some 20 years ago. Living in Dartmoor National Park his experience of dealing with such authorities was invaluable. The design was cleverly conceived and as unobtrusive as possible whilst meeting all of our requirements and satisfying the planners. The second project, some 6 years ago involved the design and construction of a green oak frame extension. Again this has blended in perfectly and met with the total approval of the planning authorities. Hugh is a delight to work with and we have no hesitation in recommending him.”

“Kasawoo helped us to transform a plain commercial building unit into a multipurpose private office and entertainment space. Through the design of the 1.5 floor layout and inclusion of clever storage partitions, we were enabled to fully utilize the modest floor space. All sections of the unit remain bright and airy, as the overall layout respects the natural lightning from the original windows.. Needless to say, service was friendly and professional!”

“Tony was both creative and pragmatic on our massive rennon project on this 1978 link detached house that had been neglected and unloved since the previous owner was taken ill, some time back. His use of space and introduction of light and curves into areas of the house have been elemental in creating more space for us and we are delighted with the thoughtful choice of materials. Always will to help and be pro-active in a "soft-way" and working well with the building team made the project and enjoyable and rewarding experience.”

They designed our dream family home, liaising with our neighbour to get a large joint application granted, which enabled us to have the 4 bedrooms we required. “Paul has carried out several projects involving remodeling the interior & exterior of our Edwardian home.
