“Be assured that you will be in excellent hands with Stacy at SKM Design. We can not recommend her highly enough! We did not use an architect or designer for our previous 2 renovations and I wish we had known Stacy then. We literally have no regrets with the layout or design choices in our current house. We have a 1920’s traditional colonial and she was excellent at marrying the character of our older home with today’s modern amenities. She leaves no stone unturned, keeps her eyes on the budget, works quickly, is a task master and will come up with a design plan that fits your lifestyle and budget. Stacy will also help you refine or identify your aesthetic if you don’t already have one. For our renovation, she facilitated the bidding process and managed our project every step of the way. “I am pleased with the services provided by Home Designing Service. I came in with a draft design for a house. I was limited to a width of 30 feet or less in design. Being familiar with building codes, the designer/architect worked with me to include the items in the floor plan that I wanted while meeting the building code requirements. There were ideas I never would have thought of included to solve design issues. Costs were kept down as well. I would recommend this company.”
