“Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. “My husband and I used Vaidas for our house refurbishment and extension project in Hatfield a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with his services and approach from start to finish. He obtained planning permission, dealt with building control and also supervised the construction on site. He was always easy to reach and was always patient and helpful in guiding us through our first project with the many questions that we had. “We had bought a 1 bed basement flat that had a garden in Richmond and we wanted to convert it to a two bed flat with an extension to the rear. This was a very tight space to work with but Rob not only managed to manipulate the layout to get the second bedroom to work and provide the open plan living that we were after, he also suggested that we build a log cabin style building at the end of the garden with an en-suite included. This versatile additional space could be used as an addition guest bedroom, a home office or even a cinema room. Rob is very reliable and has an excellent technical knowledge. No problem was too difficult to overcome and he went over and above with the service he promised. 5 stars.”
