“Rex is a fantastic professional. He did an amazing job of fully understanding the vision of my project. Any changes that I wanted or needed he was very quick to complete and discuss. Rex also has a great ability to communicate with his clients as well as with contractors and government officials. His attention detail and understanding of not only architecture but of the entire construction process was a huge help. “Oscar and team did an incredible job designing our lake home. I'm a budget focused guy and he was able provide thoughtful design solutions that minimized cost while maximizing the wow factor of our design. Our site was extremely steep (think near vertical) and Oscar was able to create an incredibly efficient solution by integrating structural and site design with our unconventional floorplan needs. Our project is nearing completion and Design Services NW was our best decision. Nate W”

“We've had the pleasure of working with Ken recently to design a custom home. All I can say is that he's an awesome guy! Ken understands the structural, mechanical, and technical aspects of construction inside and out. His drawings are exceptional. (We have received numerous compliments on the plans from contractors.) But he also has an incredible sense of design - from overall concept, to layout and flow, to architectural details, to lighting and interior design. He becomes heavily invested in his projects, and it clearly shows. The quality of his work is far better than many of the high-dollar architects we could never afford. It has been a fun process, we are thrilled with the result, and along the way we made a great friend. What more could we ask for? I would highly recommend Ken to anybody who is looking to build or remodel a house!”

“I was not blessed with any interior design genes and so am very grateful for, and awed by, Kris's ability to visualize colors, furniture, spaces, and everything about a room that makes it wonderful and inviting. We were extremely thankful to have Kris's help with paint colors, furniture, carpets and all other accessories that turned our living room / dining room / kitchen area into a warm and inviting place for our family and friends to gather.
