“Design Team were excellent from start to finish. We decided to go with them as they offered one point of contact (we had Steven as our designer) and it was very helpful to sit down with him to discuss our brief in more detail at the measured survey. They secured planning permission for our loft conversion, 1st floor extension and garage conversion. We particularly valued their integrated, fixed fee package and not having to employ a separate structural engineer streamlined the process. As the end of the design process they produced a detailed schedule of works which we were able to send to our shortlisted contractors for tender pricing. They were also very helpful and responsive during the build assisting with queries and providing additional information that was requested by Building Control. Highly recommended.”

“Kevin found a practical way to fit in all the spaces we wanted, so our house functions perfectly for our family. He provided 2 very different design options so we could asses the costs involved. Even though we opted for separate rooms rather than too many knock throughs, there is still a feeling of space throughout the whole house because of the way the spaces flow into each other. The bathrooms are an appropriate size adding a feeling of luxury, the utility provides the ideal place to fit a salon chair for me to work from home, and we have the perfect alcove to store our coats and shoes without cluttering up the hallway. Kevin also had some experience and understanding of the planning process in my area, making the design process stress free.”

“We were very pleased when Karenna Wilford Architects were recommended to us for our cottage extension and refurbishment. Karenna has been like a breath of fresh air to us. She is reliable, professional and very pleasant to work with. She worked closely with us to give us not only just what we wanted but also made valuable suggestions which proved to be a large benefit to the final scheme. KWA project managed all the building works as we had very specific requirements and wanted to use specialised contractors.
