“Nous avons fait appel aux services de Rita Ghoche à l'automne après avoir hésité sur la question: 'prenons nous un architecte ou un désigner de maison?' Avec de très bons arguments , nous avons accepté de payer un peu plus pour avoir beaucoup plus. Nous ne regrettons en rien notre choix. Elle nous est arrivée avec de très bonnes idées, trois choix de plans de maison. Un, nous plaisait plus que les deux autres pour différentes raisons. Elle a bien cerné nos désirs , après nous avoir demandé ce que l'on voulait vraiment et lui montrant des photos en exemple de votre site Houzz , elle a bien visualisé nos goûts. Notre projet est toujours en cours, on prévoit y entrer à l'automne. Inutile de vous dire que nous avons bien hâte d'habiter notre maison de rêve, rien de moins. Je vous la recommande fortement si vous voulez habiter votre maison de rêve.”

“Exemplary. That is the best way to describe how Andrew and Sophie managed our entirely new garage roof and interior of garage renovation. From a great design with innovative ideas right through getting Permits from the City to working with and even arranging craftsmen as well as selecting and purchasing high quality deck furniture. A totally professional turn key job. High end with down to earth sensibility and politeness and SERVICE. We have done three total home renovations and we have not come across better!! Totally saitisfied with the project and the people involved.”
