“I worked with Steve on a renovation design for my cabin. He is everything you want in a professional. He is responsive, takes time to understand and clarify your needs / goals, adaptable, has great ideas and his designs exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated his adaptability as this was a "design by consensus" (extended family) project and he was asked to produce four designs. He met some tight time frames and did great work for us. I would recommend his work to family and friends and plan to work with him on other projects.”

“Scott Borcherding of the Bergland & Cram firm of Mason City did the interior design restoration work on Frank Lloyd Wright's Park Inn Hotel. A citizens' group had the building restored; the firm won a major national historic preservation award last fall. The hotel is beautiful, reminiscent of FLW's Dana Thomas House in Springfield, Illinois--both are Prairie Style. The project involved the restoration of 62 stained glass windows and hotel rooms.”
