So when my husband and I talked recently about finally redoing our kitchen, he mentioned that Lance is now doing design and we should contact him about designing our kitchen, and since Lance had such good ideas for our bedroom reno, I thought "yes, absolutely!" So after contacting him, the process (telling him what we wanted, him measuring, then designing, presenting it to us, clearing the work for permits, and giving us final blue prints plus some recommended contractors) was so quick and easy that I was like "that was it??".
