    “We hired Primiano Architecture to design an addition for our house. We had no experience dealing with an architect or doing a home improvement project of this magnitude. Primiano Architecture was recommended to us by an acquaintance. From our first meeting with Joe we knew he was the right person. He was honest, intelligent and most importantly he listened and made suggestions. It was a true partnership. Joe worked closely with us throughout design, township approval, choosing a contractor and final approval. We could not be any happier with how the project turned out. I would give Primiano Architecture 4 out 4 stars and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for an architect.”

    “The services provided included providing plans for the renovation of our 1932 Craftsman Home. We had weekly office design meetings and on site meetings to develop plans to suit the home and the neighborhood. SOME Architects had knowledge and resources regarding Craftsman homes and also took into account our specific needs. SOME Architects assisted in the selection of choosing a reputable builder, arranged meetings for us to interview local contractors. Once we selected a contractor, and the plans were completed and approved by the town we kept SOME Architects involved in a supervisory position. SOME Architect also is also a great resource for local businesses necessary for the many design elements and professionals There were many times that we had questions and concerns that the professional expertise if SOME Architects was needed. Our best advice to potential clients would be to keep SOME Architects involved until the project is completed. We love our home and we receive lots of compliments from family, friends, neighbors, and people passing by when we are outside in our garden.”

    “I had the pleasure of working with m.o.d.e. Architects this year on a beautiful up and coming Jersey shore restaurant. We provided the end user with beautiful vinyl wood plank flooring. I specifically worked with Jason, and found his ideas and concepts to be extremely creative, and functional. We completed the project a few months back, and the entire experience was enjoyable, and stress free thanks to Jays assistance, and wonderful visual aids. I would gladly work with m.o.d.e.     “BACORP took our family summer house which was basically a tear-down and built a wonderful house we now live in full time. Anyone who has gone through this process knows how difficult it can get. Fortunately BACORP was with us every step of the way and did all of the heavy lifting. All of their recommendations and suggestions were excellent, making the process easier. There was also a web camera installed on the property during construction so family and friends, near and far, could follow live time, the construction process. The end result was a house that all our family will be able to live in and enjoy for many years, and hopefully, generations to come. PS: Final proof of BACORP quality: The house is directly on the Bay and the only damage sustained during Sandy was the loss of 2 pieces of roof shingles.”
