“We used John to conceive, design and manage a total gut rehab of a garage apartment in St. Petersburg. His expertise and talents go far beyond just drawing up plans. He really made this space functional, inviting and a fun place to spend time for our friends and family, as well as enhancing its income generating potential as a rental unit. I have done several remodeling and addition projects on our residences over the years, but none went more smoothly and produced results I am as happy with as the project on which John worked. His personality is warm, friendly and easy to work with. He is a great listener and was able to translate our wants, needs and desires into reality. I could not more highly recommend any architect / designer if you are in need of the services he provides. I would never consider working with anyone else.”

It has even won a design award in 2016 from salon today magazine as one of the top salons in the US.”

“Alex had been incredible since day 1. He has designed a beautiful waterfront home for my wife and I. Being new to this custom home building process you can imagine we had a lot of questions, from our first conversation it became clear Alex knew exactly what questions to ask and has been a wealth of knowledge throughout the process. “This is a remodel with a building addition for a kitchen service areas. These plans and specifications also include a new outdoor walk in refrigerated cooler. The project also includes civil, parking and landscape design to the existing site. I am very pleased with all the excellent effort from Patty and her team members in completing this complex project. Construction will start in a few weeks and I am confident in our construction documents provided by RE&A as we move forward with breaking ground thru our final inspections. “Brett Haskins designed a second story screened porch for us, replacing a rotting deck, built on a flat roof. We live in a neighborhood of closely monitored “historical preservation” and miserly city permitting practices. Brett, through his many city contacts, actually helped us secure a building permit, after our contractor failed. The porch is beautiful and the addition of steel columns, hidden in the construction, has afforded the area greater stability and strength. I cannot recommend this company enough!”

“Tom Szumlic designed a wonderful house that has served us very well for the past twenty-two years. He was a great listener during the planning stages, was patient with a perfectionistic client, and came up with a functional, beautiful house for our family. We get lots of compliments and notes through our mail slot from people wanting to buy if it should ever be available, which is always nice! Frequently I think about humorous things Tom said during the planning and building, and I remember what a special experience it was. Actually, the rubber met the road recently when I had to replace a column in the breezeway that had sunk, and the contractor wondered if the foundation had failed. We pulled out the plans and saw that Tom, in his wisdom, had reinforced that area with extra concrete, so we knew we were probably only dealing with some 22-year-old rotten wood. It was an easy fix, and I was reminded once again how blessed we were to have been able to work with Tom.”

“I’m not sure there is a better design studio in the southeastern US when it comes to making the most of every square foot. I have been in many of the spaces Cokobo has designed and after having finally purchasing my own Cokobo home I still find new design details that I appreciate a year later. Kelli spends a lot of time in the space reimagining how it can improve and then really listens to how you want to use or experience the spaces. Her experience from Europe brought a lot of ideas we don’t get to see as often in the states which i think might be one of the secrets to how she made our 2,000sf live like 2,600sf”
