“I worked with Jeff for one year planing the House in Poughkeepsie, New York. The details on the plans where exceptional. My firm built the house which took two and a half years to complete. The customer was delighted with the final Product. The proportions of the rooms where perfect. The mouldings and trim spectacular. Every time I drive by I say this is the perfect house for me and my family. Oh that's right it is my house.”

They are very thorough in their work and are great at listening to the customer and helping to design and find all of the items to complete the task. We have loved the networking of being able to connect with different contractors through them, which has helped our improvement projects immensely! “Robert Marrapodi is a full service architect capable of working with any design style and with any budget. We asked him to develop a plan to open up our 1950s ranch and give us a nice modernist look with lots of light and bringing the outdoor beauty in. He worked with our budget to find the best products and finishes we could afford and gave us realistic options and solutions that were within our reach. He also made some great suggestions on the fly to deal with issues that came up during the construction. He worked really well with the contractor and was hands on enough to ensure the project stayed on track and within scope. He has a terrific aesthetic and a good feel for what the customer wants. We especially like that he did not push us to change style or direction and respected what we were trying to achieve. We really enjoyed working with him and recommend him very highly. “Jessica was a key member of the design team and site management of the gut renovation of our apartment in the East Village. Besides her great aesthetic sense, design insight and creativity, which were invaluable, she has a comprehensive understanding of construction methods, which is an essential part of working with contractors, of making sure that the renderings become reality. She's a pleasure to work with--diplomatic, savvy, prompt for meetings, firm with contractors and subs when necessary, and has a knack for finding the best solutions for tricky problems. She's also deft with finding the most cost-effective approach to great design. I couldn't recommend her more highly.”
