“Brian Miller designed our main and guest boathouses on the St Lawrence river to have sweeping views of the river from every room in the house. Our timber roof tower room is spectacular with morning sunrises and views of the river from every angle. Logs End thick cut pine floors cover every room. Brian's design creativity and depth of knowledge of materials and design is apparent in the magnificent structure that our large family has extensively enjoyed for years!”

“We absolutely love our Mafcohouse. Not only is the building gorgeous it is rock solid and designed to perfection. We are constantly marvelling at the thoughtful dimensions of the rooms, quality of the materials and the life-altering light. And we are not alone in our appreciation. The buzz in our neighbourhood continues even after a few years of residence. The building provokes lots of curiosity and passion to replicate. If we were doing it all again there's no doubt we would choose Mafcohouse. In fact, we're fantasizing about a bunkie to accommodate all our visitors.”

“Chris has been a saviour. I have a 1930's house with a 1980's addition that didn't work at all. He walked around the house and sat down with me to find out what I wanted to use the addition for. He drew up 2 plans for me addressing my concerns and then went back to fine tune them so that I could have exactly what I need. He made wonderful suggestions and pointed out several things that I had not thought of at all. Hiring Chris was a brilliant start to my renovation and I'm confident that as I move ahead, the small cost in this first step will ensure that the large cost of the renovation will be a solid investment in my house.”
