“This is a review of the house design that Bill Chesshire did for me in Severna Park, Maryland. His design is unique in that it it a one story with high ceilings so the feel is great spaciousness. The master bedroom is huge with a walk-in closet that has plenty of hanging space for clothes. My main bathroom is completely functional with a walk-in shower with no step down. The floor just flows into the shower area. When guests step in the front door, they get the whole view at once, looking straight back to the huge, high kitchen windows, which also gives a person, a quick glimpse of the beautiful setup of the kitchen even before they get back to that area. I am so enjoying living here.”

“We found Lee Weldon very quick to grasp our needs and was thorough in his research of building codes and requirements. He researched materials that we had requested. Our only concern was that he needed more details and specifications on the drawings. We had no problem with Easton's Building Department approving his drawings. “We had just purchased a very prominent corner lot in the Historic District of Lewes, DE. While looking through magazine after magazine, we came across an award feature displaying a house designed by Kirk Allbright. After seeing the house he had renovated for himself in Severna Park, we knew we had the Architect to design our cottage. Kirk and David carefully listened to our thoughts on how we envisioned our new home, and our budget requirements, and simply hit the ball out of the park. The result was a home that has been featured in both House and Christmas Tours in Lewes, and lives like a dream.”

“Marta was a fantastic architect, we absolutely love the house she designed for us. We had asked for a cottage style house and despite the fact that it is four stories and has 7 bedrooms and baths, it does in fact resemble a cottage from the outside. Marta's attention to design detail is terrific, we love all the moldings and wainscoating. She is very accessible and responsive to her clients, an important trait our previous architects had not exhibited. She was also very patient with the many delays involved with this project, another trait that we greatly appreciated. We wouldn't think of using another architect in the future.”

“My husband and I live in a home built about 1840. Our kitchen was old and charming with outdated and non-functioning appliances. We decided to look at updating but realized the layout did not work well so we opted to do a new kitchen. After trips to several kitchen planning services we reached out to Neeka Groves with RG Architects. She looked at the rough plan we had drawn up and pointed out a number of shortcomings. As a result of her input we saw several possibilities that were not obvious to us. There were a number of constraints but Neeka led us through the design process with great professionalism and I have to add, patience. Every step of the way she was there to listen, to advise, to point us to products and vendors, and to reassure us with a smile whenever things went south as can happen in 180 year old homes . The end product was a dream come true and I am certain our kitchen would not be what it is without her design, guidance, and oversight. We would offer our highest recommendation to Neeka Groves and RG Architects.”
