“Osengar architects designed for me a building in Tel Aviv , Bograshov district . I appreciate its beautifull architecture : a modern bauhaus all in glasses and alluminium . To date this building is considered one of the most beautiful in the neighborhood . Their work consisted in the development of the building permit and site supervision. Between permit build and delivery of the building he spent four and a half years during which the architectural firm was present. The architectural firm has been in constant contact with engineers of all trades . The architecture has respected the image of a city whose most Bauhaus buildings are classified as World Heritage by UNESCO and where it is very difficult to get a building permit. The cost of the turnkey project was seven millions dollars.”

“Mrs. Arenson designed the renovation of our apartment in Tel Aviv. The apartment is quite small (about 75 M²) and was not renovated since 1933. Before we received the program we had doubts how one could change an old place into modern one with all the new facilities. Mrs. Arenson not only found most imaginative solutions to the kitchen, toilet room, laundry machine, two studies with 2500 books - but also designed fascinating doors, closets and lightings. She was very strict and accurate concerning the program's details and she did not compromise with the tradesman and workers while inspecting the work.
