“I have known Jim Cline for over five years. In 2007, my properties were damaged in a fire. I hired Jim to help remodel one building and design the other building from the ground up. He has been exemplary throughout the entire process particularly with the issues involving the many various San Francisco city departments. I would not have been able to maneuver through those departments without his expertise. His designs are innovative and modern. He is very thorough in every aspect of the design process. He works within the budget and gives a detailed accounting of his services. I would highly recommend him.”

“My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. “Before I begin my remodel plan, I was debating whether or not I should hire a professional architect, and I am glad I did. Kyle is extremely knowledgable and resourceful, he organize and oversee the whole project, as well as fill in every little detail that I probably will neglect. Not only he design a cost effective layout for us, tackle all the structural issues, he also help me deal with all the permit and legal hassle so that I can concentrate on shopping for my new sofa and coffee machine.
