“There are many reasons why we are glad we chose CplusC over other architects. Firstly, their natural and balanced aesthetic strongly appeals to us and we are genuinely pleased and impressed with the quality of the construction of our home. Secondly, and as importantly, CplusC are both designers and builders. This has the advantage of avoiding disagreements between architects and builders, which meant a less difficult building process and minimises the unexpected costs that inevitably arise. Thirdly, CplusC are environmentally clever designers and builders: they design to minimise wasted construction materials; and their design and the materials they used means our ongoing expenses are reduced (we only need to turn the heater on for three or so weeks in the year, and don't use air conditioning, instead enjoying cross-breezes). “LocalArchitect did a great and professional job of renovating my inner city converted shop. Their services included a rebuild of the kitchen, both bathrooms, laundry and adding a guest room. With some clever ideas, they transformed what was a very narrow long space beside a laneway into something light and airy using gorgeous timbers. Definitively recommend them.”

“Hayley Hill was engage by us to design an extension to our existing home. The brief was for an additional bedroom, and expanded kitchen and meals area with outdoor alfresco area. The design she came up with was outstanding with a pavilion for the new bedroom with ensuite connected by glass walkway to the existing house. The kitchen was large airy and bathed in light. With excellently designed cupboards and bench space. I like the way Hayley used the landscape to take in all the natural colours we used in the exterior and interior of the house and the way she designed the house to get maximum light in winter and shade for summer. We owner built our extension and Hayley was excellent to work with she provided advice on interior design, colours, PC items giving the whole dwelling an extra edge. She was extremely easy to communicate with and always helpful. We would highly recommend Haley to anyone in designing their next project.”
