“Perch Planning is the support we needed to move forward with our home renovation. We have been in our home for 6 years, and knew we wanted to make many updates to this 1968 home. All of the updates seemed interconnected, we anticipated most would be expensive, and we didn't know how to begin planning or budgeting for renovations. Erika's guidance and expertise helped us to prioritize and start the process of some exciting (updated kitchen!) and less exciting but necessary (replacement windows) projects. Erika had us look critically at our house and understand the market. She laid out different approaches for the project, with estimated costs, so that we could make good decisions within a budget with which we felt comfortable.
