“in 2016 we finished a complicated renovation of a circa 1887 historic City home. We had to address serious structural issues, the treatment of previously hidden architectural features and the sensitive modification of the building to accommodate modern systems within a fixed budget. All of this work had to be approved by NYS Historic Preservation Office ("SHPO"). The project was approved on time and finished under budget because of the efforts of the skilled and experienced professionals at KCB. They have a very effective working relationship with SHPO, strong technical skills and understand how to control costs while still delivering a high quality finished product.”

“I am so excited and amazed at the beautifull custom design that Nauta home has provided my family!! We were trying to accomidate my husband and I and 4 children (2 with special needs) and my parents who are moving into this custom home. The attention to detail and needs of my family were met through their design! This custom 4733 sq ft house was a challange for me to figure out the seperation of the inlaw portion of the home and still keeping the executive appearance.
