“I hired Detailed-Planning to produce plans for an extension involving creating a kitchen diner and a larger bedroom. From the beginning they were very professional and had very good ideas to compliment my own ideas. They took care of all the legalities and recommended builders etc. I was taken to see a previous project which is very unusual but extremely helpful. They have been exemplary in answering any questions and even met with my neighbours addressing their concerns and allaying any fears they had. The company have visited on a number of occasions to check on progress and took photographs on a regular basis. I have recommended them to others as I found their attitude to be very professional but also very human!”

“Spatial Design Architects designed, and project managed our full refurbishment and enlargement of our 1950's chalet style house. We required 3 areas of the house to be designed, an en-suite extension to the existing master bedroom, study and play room space and increasing the size of our lounge whilst adding a further bedroom. We required a design that was different and we are thrilled with the contemporary design, flow of the space and connection with the garden, that allows us to enjoy every part of our home for many years to come. “We had bought a 1 bed basement flat that had a garden in Richmond and we wanted to convert it to a two bed flat with an extension to the rear. This was a very tight space to work with but Rob not only managed to manipulate the layout to get the second bedroom to work and provide the open plan living that we were after, he also suggested that we build a log cabin style building at the end of the garden with an en-suite included. This versatile additional space could be used as an addition guest bedroom, a home office or even a cinema room. Rob is very reliable and has an excellent technical knowledge. No problem was too difficult to overcome and he went over and above with the service he promised. 5 stars.”
