Jesse has worked many months on the project of my house in Eugene, OR., an old house whose foundation needed to be redone and the new basement was made into a liveable space after the house was raised. He has always been so helpful and knowledgeable, despite his very busy schedule. He was able to always prioritise my needs. He would reply to my email from France right away, despite the 9 hour time difference. He worked diligently with the city of Eugene in order to obtain the many permits that we needed for the project. His attention to detail is superb: floor plan, windows, doors, details in moulding and direction on lighting and fixtures. He was unfailingly calm and reassuring with us and with our builder and was always available to guide us through difficult decisions. We discovered fire damage to our roof during the project and Laine worked quickly with our builder to find a solution and kept the project on schedule. “Keery Design planned my retirement home in Scituate, MA on the same lot of land owned by my daughter and son-in-law. Because of zoning regulations the house was limited to 750 square feet. If anyone had told me prior to David's design for my home that I would be happy in 750 square feet I would not have believed it. But I am thrilled with the design and the livability of my home. Every square inch is usable space. There is a loft built in over the kitchen for my grandchildren's visits. The house is open and airy with gorgeous window views of the blueberry bushes and the woods at the edge of the property The angles in the home and the high ceilings create a feeling of space..
