He is patient and willing to redraft ideas until the client is in love with every part of the renovation/build. It was imperative that the nominations have professional architectural input. Ryan's knowledge and experience were invaluable to the success of both projects. His helpful attitude, and his ability to meet the deadlines required were exceptional. .His maps for both projects were detailed and correct. His plans and descriptions for The Light House were very professional, and the nomination was approved by the Department of the Interior in 2011.The Goliad project is being completed (2014) by the Texas Historical Commission.”
