“Oscar and team did an incredible job designing our lake home. I'm a budget focused guy and he was able provide thoughtful design solutions that minimized cost while maximizing the wow factor of our design. Ken understands the structural, mechanical, and technical aspects of construction inside and out. His drawings are exceptional. (We have received numerous compliments on the plans from contractors.) But he also has an incredible sense of design - from overall concept, to layout and flow, to architectural details, to lighting and interior design. He becomes heavily invested in his projects, and it clearly shows. The quality of his work is far better than many of the high-dollar architects we could never afford.
