“Between 2008-2012, SYAA provided all necessary legal formalities and architectural detailed plans for a whole building, with two owners and 6 floors. I'm one of them (owners, not floors). On a very small plot (only 116 sq m!), which provided a real challenge to everybody involved. The result is the "O house" you can see in SYAA's portfolio and, of course, in real 3D @ 29A, Ostasilor Street (near Cismigiu). I own the small wineshop with the tasting area downstairs, plus the duplex apartment at the ground-floor and 1st floor (around 90 sqm), while my neighbor and good friend is the proud owner of the rest of the floors (also an apartment of the approximately the same area plus a small penthouse studio).
