“Matt is great to work with! He came into the disaster zone that was my first complete property overhaul. His vision paralleled mine and he was able to give advice on design ideas I had not previously considered. For example, I knew I wanted to open up my kitchen to flow into the dining room but Matt had a brilliant idea to that allowed me to do this while also creating more counter space AND a pantry in my tiny kitchen while still feeling very open. With Matt, we also created a whole new bathroom and expanded existing bedrooms by removing one half side of a cape cod roof and replacing it with a dormer that ran the length of the house. It added over 400sq/ft of living space to the house. He was very responsive to any concerns I had and provided me with all the information I needed about my reconstruction design.
