“We have worked with Rustic Touch on and off for 7 years, and have engaged them to design and build two large homes as well as a renovation to another. You often hear dreadful stories about the relationship between builders and clients. Fortunately every experience we have had has been fantastic, which is probably why we have used their services more than once. Tony and Deb are incredibly professional in their approach to every part of the build. They are both very talented in design and build and it is because of them that we have a house that we absolutely love. We could not recommend them highly enough.”

“I think what makes Jaime Brennan such a great architect is that he truly listens. He has delivered what we asked for, actually our home is more beautiful than we imagined. He knows his stuff so we got through Council quickly, which isn't typical of a strawbale development application in the Blue Mountains. The home that we have built together is beautiful, practical and comfortable. Jaime has project managed for us and we have stayed within budget. There has been a lot to handle and throughout the build Jaime has been a great communicator. He has often suggested alternatives that made our home more comfortable, practical, environmentally appropriate or more economical to build and we are so grateful for that. Jaime also helped us select a great builder. We couldn't be happier with our experience and we are really excited to move in to our home in a few weeks time.”

He not only worked but ran with it to provide us with something that was so much better than our origional vision. Glenn spent lots of time working collaboratively with us through the whole process. “I engaged the services of Anna from Studio Urbo to assist us with renovation of our townhouse: two bathrooms, kitchen, study, and lounge room. Anna was professional, prompt and creative. She exceeded our expectations. She not only created new layouts, helped choosing modern materials, finishes, colours, and fitouts but also designed a kitchen that became more spacious than the original one and created more privacy in our lounge room – a result we thought was impossible without moving walls and breaking our budget. We are delighted with the end result and have no doubts recommending Studio Urbo.”

“Brent from Eight Six Design was the architect that created our fantastic new house. Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required. His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine. I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”

Their designs and working drawings are always thoroughly though out making the building process efficient and effective. ZSA have a firm understanding of the cost of building which sets them apart from the rest. They have excellent spacial awareness and knowledge of construction which is critical to a good design. “We engaged Margaret Skilbeck to help us with a major renovation and extension of our family home in Warrawee. Architelle was recommended by a local builder who gave us the names of a few architects that work in the Area. He told me Margeret Skilbeck was conversant with Kuringai council regulations and her turnaround time in submitting work was also good. We were very happy with the design and final result. One of the best things we did was engage Margeret to supervise the building project which included weekly site meetings. it took away a lot of the stress involved in building work. She gave us very good advise along the way and helped in choosing materials and fittings. She was professional, capable, efficient and very pleasant and we have no hesitation in recommending Her. She was able to work well with the builders & coordinate the other professionals. Her fees were reasonable and good value.”
