“Yohe Architecture was great to work with. Charlie listened to us and continually reflected our needs in his designs. He was patient and worked hard to be sure we got the design right, before construction started. His attention to detail during the design phase helped us save money for construction. The thorough documents allowed us to solicit bids from various contractors with assurance that they were all bidding the same scope. Charlie was thoughtful, courteous, and responsive. “I've worked with Justin and Cipriani Studios in the past at a previous firm. We worked side by side with Justin to help develop his projects. He has a very keen eye for the crisp lines and modern details that make his projects really pop. I've always thought of myself as one of the more pragmatic architects, while Justin is much more the dreamer and visionary, and it shows in his beautiful and original designs. He's one of the few architects or designers I know who is putting out really high end modern design in the Pittsburgh region, and it's a truly refreshing experience compared to so many of the cookie cutter suburban developments that continually take place. “Devlin Architecture designed an addition for our home when our family was young. 18 years later, we are still delighted with the results and regularly receive compliments from visitors. Doug has a great eye, and some of his recommendations, such as higher ceilings and an upstairs deck and pergola outside the master bedroom, remain much appreciated.
