The chief architect demonstrated in-depth knowledge in building code/zoning/building process/heritage constraints etc., which resulted in a smooth consultation/design/drawing processes. The lady in charge of the coordination and communication has excellent communication skills, and has always been quick to respond to our inquiries and address our concerns.
