Beautiful transformation from a traditional style to a beautiful sleek warm environment. This luxury space is created by Wood-Mode Custom Cabinetry in a Vanguard Plus Matte Classic Walnut. The interior drawer inserts are walnut. The back lit surrounds around the ovens and windows is LED backlit Onyx Slabs. The countertops in the kitchen Mystic Gold Quartz with the bar upper are Dekton Keranium Tech Collection with Legrand Adorne electrical outlets. Appliances: Miele 30” Truffle Brown Convection oven stacked with a combination Miele Steam and convection oven, Dishwasher is Gaggenau fully integrated automatic, Wine cooler, refrigerator and freezer is Thermador. Under counter refrigeration is U Line. The sinks are Blanco Solon Composite System. The ceiling mount hood is Futuro Skylight Series with the drop down ceiling finished in a walnut veneer. The tile in the pool table room is Bisazza Mosaic Tile with cabinetry by Wood-Mode Custom Cabinetry in the same finishes as the kitchen. Flooring throughout the three living areas is Eleganza Porcelain Tile. The cabinetry in the adjoining family room is Wood-Mode Custom Cabinetry in the same wood as the other areas in the kitchen but with a High Gloss Walnut. The entertainment wall is Limestone Slab with Limestone Stack Stone. The Lime Stone Stack Stone also accents the pillars in the foyer and the entry to the game room. Speaker system throughout area is SONOS wireless home theatre system.

The client wanted the remodel the existing dated kitchen they had, but it was very important for them that the kitchen will ‘disappear’ and will not look like a kitchen. The Star Line system of Alno was exactly the system to be used for that purpose, and with the custom panels applied to the appliances around had successfully helped the kitchen to disappear! The nice balance between the two door styles helped also to bring the fresh look and feeling to the new kitchen and successfully blend with the rest of the house. Door Style Finish: Alno Star Line Nature Line, wood veneer door style, in the carbon oak wood veneer finish, combined with Alno Star Line Shine, shiny laminate door style, in the white color finish.

The attention to detail is incredible and evident - the storage use, amenities, the perimeter crown molding treatment, the convection double French door ovens, induction cooktop and cordless control blinds. The cabinets installed on the perimeter are Custom Wood Products Maple Vinyl, Bright White, Dull Rubbed and for the Islands custom painted to match Golden Orchards #329 Benjamin Moore accented with Chareau Collection ! Chalet knobs and pulls. Cambria Whitecliff Quartz was installed on the countertops with two Franke Fireclay Undermount sinks. Delta Brizo Venuto in Black faucets were installed. You can add a breakfast bar or counter to your existing kitchen units, or stick with a good old-fashioned dining table if you don’t need the extra work surfaces. How do I choose my kitchen units and cabinets?

It’s always best to overestimate how much kitchen storage you’ll need as we all tend to have a habit of filling up whatever current space we have to the maximum. Shaker style cabinets and raised and recessed panel cabinets offer a more traditional kitchen cabinet look, while flat panel cabinet doors tend to lend more to the modern and contemporary style. However, going for raised or recessed panel work in a striking colour such as dark blue, green or black can still work with contemporary kitchen ideas.
