Jennifer A. Emmer/Feng Shui StyleWe Feng Shui'ed and designed this 8 unit Furnished Corporate Rental in San Jose, CA. This unit contains 2 luxurious bathrooms. With respect to Feng Shui, all the colors we used are pumping up specific areas for the owner as well as the guests.
DSC DesignWorks The plumbing fi xtures were inspired by the ow of a waterfall. Waterfalls are known for owing and cascading down so we selected these simple fixtures to replicate that as best as possible. We chose the Hansgrohe brand in the Metris Collection. Both the showerhead and hand held are designed to spray with a wide angle and a gentle force. The showerhead is adjustable if a stronger spray is needed.
Manderley GateWow! What a difference a gallon of paint makes! Lucky for me the trim was still in good shape so all I had to paint was the walls themselves. The new color is Almond Biscotti, purchased at Ace Hardware. We purchased their highest grade, can't recall off the top of my head what they call it but it covered well. Did require two coats which I think is pretty normal. Mary and I love it!
DSC DesignWorksWe designed and built a new vanity and stained it to match the existing woodwork in the room. To continue the feel of a tropical experience we chose this Sage color from Pental’s Quartz collection. It ties in beautifully with the opalescent green mosaic.
