Rudloff Custom BuildersWe were thrilled to be working again with these long-time clients in Villanova, PA, to create a two-room wine cellar. This entailed renovating an existing part of their basement and adding an additional room. The best part about this project? The second room is accessed through a secret door! We designed the mechanism that opens the secret door:the door is opened by pressing the cork of a certain wine bottle.
This 8,000-bottle capacity wine cellar features all redwood custom-built shelving, and redwood, glass top display tables. The first room has a redwood paneled ceiling and porcelain tile floors. The second room's ceiling is made from reclaimed wine barrels and the beams are made from cherry wood. The floors are reclaimed brick laid in a two-over-two pattern.

Edmond Kitchen & Bath LLCWhile creating their dream home, our clients wanted to create a modern and transitional wine room with a touch of traditional. Our custom cabinets were designed and built with rustic oak and flat slab doors in painted black oak. The beautiful oak wood grain shows through the black finish and provides a touch of elegance coupled with the rustic oak stain. We created two different bottle storage areas, one up top for larger quantities with a reserve area lower for special collections. The contemporary cabinets on the window wall were created using the Aventos Lift system on the slab doors for modern operation and easy access to contents. Finally we stained the rolling ladder to match our cabinetry to complete this beautiful space.

Steven Ray Construction Inc.To create this perfect entertaining space, we started with all new cabinets, new countertops, and new lighting. The new variegated hardwood floors bring an eye catching dimension to the room. Special space was designated for the flat screen television, the focal point of the room. Finally, a custom wine closet and a custom color pool table were brought in as the main events, making this space the place to be for game nights (football or board), house parties, or just relaxing with guests.
Atlanta Wine Cellars, Inc.We don't like to leave this space either. The arch top custom iron door surrounded by split face marble tile and extending into the barrel ceiling is a beautiful view. The custom walnut wall paneling was also beautifully crafted from Kessick Reserve series elements.
