VINIUM, LLCThis project was built with the intent of creating an "old world" wine cellar space with contemporary wine storage. The client owns a wine vineyard in France, therefore we incorporated the French Limestone. We also had the logo of the clients Vineyard etched into a custom granite piece, keeping subtle hints of his passion throughout the space.
Wine EnthusiastThis custom cellar holds 1,640 bottles all housed in our custom racking kits made from Premium Redwood with a dark walnut stain.

French limestone columns and flooring, mahogany wine racking and millwork, generous countertops, and a mahogany T&G ceiling, all visible from the lounge through the glass/mahogany/ornamental iron door.
Artisans of DevizesWhen interior designer Stephanie Dunning of Dunning & Everard was asked to work on all the interior architecture and design for two new floors at Hampshire vineyard Exton Park, the brief was pretty extensive. It included the creation of a dining room to seat 20, a bar for a chef’s dining table, a kitchen to cater for 50, a club room, boardroom, mezzanine bar and office. The great hall also had to be big on wow factor.
Cellar MaisonLight oak walk-in wine room, designed for wine storage, and entertaining guests with wine tasting and cigar evenings. Entrance is a glazed Crittall style bronze frame. Internal wine storage walls are individually climate controlled, allowing the main wine room to be at a comfortable room temperature.

Insoupçonnée, lovée dans la pente de la colline, sur un grand terrain avec un merveilleux jardin, la surprise fut totale. Les nouveaux occupants sous le charme ont voulu faire revivre cette maison avec toutes les commodités de notre siècle. Aussi, la principale modification souhaitée de créer une nouvelle cuisine s’est très vite accompagnée d’un profond remaniement sur tous les niveaux de cette belle bâtisse, avec une extension dans la cour intérieure à la manière d’un jardin d’hiver, pour ne pas nuire à l’harmonie des volumes bâtis. De nombreux sous œuvres intérieurs ont été réalisés pour créer une grande pièce de réception ainsi que l’intégration d’un chauffage réversible à tous les étages ; ce qui ne fut pas simple, même si à l’étage , chambres et pièces d’eau ont également été remaniées. Il aura fallu aux entreprises une grande ingéniosité pour intégrer les souvenirs de nos clients qui ont vécu sur tous les continents ; et afin que l’ensemble paraisse avoir toujours été là, comme si la maison avait été faite pour cela et sans que la technique soit visible.
