When you first walk into the great room, we installed another custom cabinet to be used for snacks and such, as well a family portrait overhead at their favorite winery. I always like to use personal artwork that means something to the client......this one was perfect.

We selected Vintage View Racking systems as they provide many options of displaying the clients collections, from wall mount, to full display. The sizes and colors were perfect for our clients design.

Lower soffit height required offset height racking
Fluted columns conceal water and drain lines.
Concealed LED strip lights illuminate angled bottle display row.
Bottle pillow rails can be used to display bottles at an angle, with labels visible. Pillow rails do not interfere with standard bottle storage.

The opposite end of the wine cellar is used for storage with our custom cabinets and glass shelving which displays some other adult beverage options. We used pine plank to wrap the underside of the soffit which houses the electrical and HVAC system. In all this clients has plenty of storage of not only their wine collections, but stemware, carafes, and much more.

This project was built with the intent of creating an "old world" wine cellar space with contemporary wine storage. The client owns a wine vineyard in France, therefore we incorporated the French Limestone. We also had the logo of the clients Vineyard etched into a custom granite piece, keeping subtle hints of his passion throughout the space.

East Mountain Design
The main wine room from the tasting room entry, through to the deep storage. Ceiling "drum" includes wood plank inset. Tasting room includes stone-topped counter with sink and DW and glass cabinets, powder room, and mechanical room with wine refrigeration system.
