Genuwine is offering the White Spiral Cellar to the North American market with three depth options: a) 6'7" (1130 bottles); b) 8'2" (1450 bottles); and c) 9'10" (1870 bottles). The diameter of the White Spiral Cellar is 7'2" (8'2" excavation diameter and approximately 5’ diameter for the full round glass door). Unlike the European Spiral Cellar that operates on a passive air exchange system, North American Spiral Cellars will be fitted with a commercial-grade climate control system to ensure a perfect environment for aging wine.

This Texas Ranch House and vineyard demanded a custom wine cellar and tasting room. Built into the hillside below the main house, the cellar features storage for over 1000 bottles, a small tasting room with hand-painted vineyard mural, and solid stone walls and archways. The flagstone flooring is offset by mesquite ceilings and countertops and custom cabinets of reclaimed wood. Southern Landscape completed all of the stonework for the wine cellar.

One of the challenges in wine room construction is the size and shape of the space. For this project, Wine Cellar Specialists had to create a beautiful and functional design for a wine cellar under the stairs. Despite the space requirements and irregular shape of the room, they were able to come up with an elegant design. We converted a seldom used dining room into an intimate wine room using warm wood tones, rich caramel leather sofa and silk drapery. With the stone accents, hand-scraped wood flooring and venetian plaster on the walls and ceiling, this room has the ultimate in finishes.
