Craft.BuildersThis wine cellar holds 500 bottles in the 100 square foot climate controlled enclosure. It is fitted with its own HVAC system which holds a constant temperature and humidity level year round. The display panels were all custom fabricated for the space and assembled on site. You have a great view of the stunning display from the 12 foot solid slab bar. The bar houses a dishwasher, a 2-drawer refrigerator /freezer combo with ice maker, as well as some storage cabinets. The waterfall top is an absolute black granite with a honed finish. All of the cabinetry as well as the display panels were sprayed onsite. This is the conversation piece of the party!
Havlicek Builders Inc.This 2 story home with a first floor Master Bedroom features a tumbled stone exterior with iron ore windows and modern tudor style accents. The Great Room features a wall of built-ins with antique glass cabinet doors that flank the fireplace and a coffered beamed ceiling. The adjacent Kitchen features a large walnut topped island which sets the tone for the gourmet kitchen. US Cellar SystemsOn this custom wine cellar project in Dallas, Texas, Wine Cellar Specialists had to build a climate-controlled wine room under the stairs. They installed one of US Cellar System's refrigeration units (RM2600) near the ceiling to keep it out of sight.

Upon opening the wine cellar door, you are struck by the stunning colors and movements within the onyx walls, complemented by the intricate asymmetrical shelving and cabinetry that incorporates rich natural wood. Backlighting and framing create two focal points within the space, emphasizing the true beauty of the agate stone. This star piece, along with solid stain walnut cabinets, custom shelving, and steel wine peg inserts seamlessly blend within this chilled and temperature-controlled bar.
